Last month we bought a juicer. The Green Star 1000 juicer, which is considered by many to be the monster of all juicers. This bad boy can juice a rock, if you wanted to drink rock juice. Since it arrived at our house we have used it every day. Every morning for breakfast we juice 6 carrots, 1 apple, 1 kiwi, and 2 bunches of spinach (all organic). We have also juiced organic celery and melon, which is very refreshing.
Since we have been juicing I have noticed my hair is more shiny and my nails are growing faster. I also seem to have more energy throughout the day. Oh, and I have been more regular. That is a fantastic benefit. If you haven’t considered juicing, you should try it. We are so happy to have started.
