I am so tired of seeing and/or hearing stories about Britney Spears. She’s in rehab, she’s out, she’s in, she’s out. She’s wearing no underwear, she is, she isn’t. She shaved her head, she got tattoos. She is making a comeback, she’s topless, she doesn’t wear clothes. Enough already!! Aren’t there more important things going on in the world??? Is it really important for us to know what this IMMATURE, IRRESPONSIBLE, SPOILED ROTTEN JACKASS is doing every minute of the day?
In the beginning Britney’s life was full of promise and great expectations. She was young and innocent. She worked hard dancing, singing, and even lip-synching her way to stardom. She is wealthy, young, and the world is her oyster, but in true Britney style…what does she do with that oyster?; she smashes the hell out of it. She turns her seemingly perfect life upside down by doing the unthinkable, getting married and having children way too young. Now it would be one thing if she would have married a normal man with some class and a spine, but she marries a back-up dancer with a sorted past and no real future. Then she goes onto have not only one, but two kids in two years. After the second kid is born she files for divorce, has a very public nervous breakdown, and goes in and out of rehab like they were a revolving door. On that note, is it just me or do celebrities managed to clean themselves up fast? In celebrity world you can be the biggest alky, the biggest junky, but after one week in rehab you are suddenly sparkling clean. WTF!!
Now, Britney is making her comeback by putting on little shows in SoCal. She is still lip-synching. UGH! Aside from being half naked on stage and dancing around like a two-bit whore, is she a better performer than any of the amateur American Idol contestants? I think not!
Britney Spears is an overrated pop culture let down of monumental proportions. Is she really deserving of all this attention? I wish the media would stop reporting on her and all her unimportant life happenings like; Britney is naked again, Britney gets in shape, and Britney works out.
Britney should go back to Louisiana and raise her boys like a good mom and live off of her millions, which will aid in cleaning up the pop culture landscape a bit. Then we would have more time to focus on getting rid of PARIS.
