Rosie O’Donnell and Elizabeth Hasselback’s fight on The View last Wednesday has been the HOT TOPIC since it happened and Rosie has been bombarded with over 19,000 questions on her blog.
There is a Ask Rosie box on her blog where you can submit a question and hope hope hope that Rosie will answer it and post it on her blog. If you are really lucky the girls better known as JAHERO will answer it on their video blog. Rosie and/or JAHERO answers questions almost every day. When you submit a question a little box pops up and lets you know what number question you have asked. Normally the number is in the upwards of four to five thousand questions a day. Today, I stopped by Rosie’s blog to post a question (no I cannot tell you what I asked) and the pop up screen told me that my question was number 19,987!!! Um, Um, I don’t really expect an answer…really, it wasn’t that good, I swear.
It seems that all this hoopla over Rosie’s fight on The View is generating above normal amounts of attention towards Rosie and I think it is mostly positive. I am not surprised. It seems that more people like her than not. It seems that more people agree with her than not. We don’t think she thinks the troops are terrorists. We know she meant the Administration led by BUSH. We get it. We really do. Even Nora Ephron gets it and Nora Ephron is a literary GOD. I’m with Nora.
